ABOUT US

A TRADING-FLOOR BAR IN THE HEART OF THE FINANCIAL DISTRICT

Open Outcry was built for the people who work around Wall Street. The Financial District has a lot of personality during the day. After work, too many of its bars feel exactly the same.

So we brought the trading floor into the bar. Drink prices move with demand. The Opening Bell starts happy hour. A Market Crash can hit without warning. Bull Run events turn big games and market moments into a reason to show up.

OUR STORY

The name comes from open outcry, the old way of trading: brokers in the pit shouting bids and offers until a deal was done. That energy is what we wanted after 6 PM. But the ticker is only part of it. People come back for the atmosphere, the crowd and whatever is happening that night.

Our mission: to be the place Wall Street wants to go after work.

HOW IT WORKS

HOW A PRICE MOVES

01 · OPEN

THE BELL RINGS

At 5 PM, every signature cocktail opens at its base price.

02 · DEMAND

ORDERS MOVE IT

Every order pushes a drink's price up. Drinks nobody is ordering drift back down.

03 · RANGE

LIMITS HOLD

Each drink has a day low and a day high, so no price runs past its range.

04 · BOARD

WATCH IT LIVE

The board behind the bar shows every move and a leaderboard of the night's top sellers.

MEET THE TRADERS

THE PEOPLE BEHIND
THE BAR.

Our bartenders run the floor. Each one has a favorite ticker, a signature drink and an opinion on which way it's moving tonight. Ask them what's undervalued.

We hire for hospitality first. The board gets people in the door. The welcome is what makes Open Outcry a regular stop.
